What paint will be used?
We give our customers the freedom to choose their preferred source of paint and guide you with our professional opinion.
Does Sheen make a difference?
The Sheen you choose will affect how your interior looks and feels. As a general rule the glossier finishes are shinier but also more durable and easier to clean
on the other hand the flatter finishes are better at hiding surface imperfections but not as durable.
What are the differences between the different kinds of paint finishes?
- Flat (Matte) Finish — Little to no shine at all. This finish is great for covering imperfections on the surface but is not the most durable option.
- Eggshell Finish – This low-luster finish provides a small amount of shine. Eggshell finishes are great in areas that do not get very dirty, (i.e. low traffic areas such as an entryway or living room.)
- Satin Finish – This is the most popular finish for interior spaces in a home. This finish has a velvety sheen. It’s easy to clean so it can be used in high traffic rooms like your kitchen!
- Semi-Gloss – This finish has more shine and reflective qualities than other finishes. It’s great for rooms that get a lot of traffic and steam such as bathrooms as it’s mildew-resistant.
- High-Gloss – This finish is the shiniest, most durable, and easiest to clean. This type of paint is perfect for cabinetry, doors, and certain trims.
How do I prepare my rooms for your visit?
Good news: you don’t have to. We conveniently and carefully remove any small items from the tops of the shelves and pictures from your walls. We can move the larger items towards the center of the room to properly cover and protect furniture and items. We conveniently place them back to their original spot once the job is complete. Depending on homeowners preference only.
Do you offer a warranty?
Yes! We offer one year limited warranty.
What forms of payment do you accept?
We accept cash, checks, and credit cards.
What if it rains while you are painting my house?
We always watch the forecast. If it does happen we come back when it’s dry, correct that side again and repaint the section affected.
Will I need to clean up after my paint job is finished?
No, we put everything we move back where it was. We remove all our own waste, scrap in materials and vacuum as needed.
